SuccessRealities, LLC Shares Goal Setting Strategy to Improve Business Performance
Atlanta, GA – January 29, 2008 – SuccessRealities, LLC today delivered a program to business and community leaders in Northern Georgia. Debbie Stovall, Strategist and founder of SuccessRealities, has spent a career moving individuals, teams and organizations through the complex process of defining, planning and measuring strategies for success.
According to Ms. Stovall, "A company regardless of size is powered by the individuals working to accomplish daily, weekly and monthly tasks. If no clear goals are set, how does anyone know what to do each day?” Three steps for any company to get started in driving for success includes: setting a mission statement for the company; creating annual goals that support that mission; and finally individual goals to support the company goals. Once employees know what the endgame goal is, they are more likely to spend quality time on activities making them happen.
Ms. Stovall is a former executive for a leading software provider in the learning and performance management industry. She holds achievements in coaching and mentoring individuals as well as teams and organizations. Her career began as an educator after completing her Bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in Management Information Systems.
