Debbie has spent the past 25 years helping top level executives, team managers and individuals define strategic goals and initiatives to achieve measurable results. Prior to establishing SuccessRealities, LLC, Debbie was Vice President of Professional Services for a leading provider of learning and development management software. Performance management is a passion she intends to share with leaders worldwide. She holds achievements in coaching and mentoring individuals as well as teams and organizations. Her career began as an educator of technology after completing her Bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in Management Information Systems.

With a focus on the individual’s talents within an organization, Debbie is able to garner excellent results for her clients. The basis of her work is the coaching techniques of Martha Beck, best-selling author, and columnist for O: Oprah's Magazine. As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) the same tools and tips created by Dr. Beck are leveraged to help individuals and groups find their purpose and define their strategy for success.
